**Summary**
The incumbent will be responsible in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 4). He/she will work closely with Project Director to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and Client’s agreement. Also with FF&E team in collaborating on designs prior to final submission, and to render assistance to CAD/2D as and when required.

**Job descriptions**
Your role shall include but not limited to:

- Responsible for all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 4) of assigned projects including but not limited to space planning, details and 2D & 3D.
- Work closely with Design & FF&E teams to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client’s agreement.
- Work closely and assist in co-ordination with consultants and clients when the need arises.
- Work closely with FF&E and CAD team on producing full sets of tender & construction drawings.
- Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.
- Reviewing of shop drawings.
- Attend site meetings and site/factory inspection.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work and professional development including problems solving.

**Pre-requisites**
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience especially in conceptual design and detailed designing in hospitality industries.
- Experienced in handling projects in all design phases.
- Creativity and artistic flair.
- Strong in design detailing and freehand sketching.
- Ability to interpret specifications and layouts.
- Good Knowledge of site work and progress.
- Good understanding of design (composition, planning, materials, details, furniture, and fixtures).
- Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max and sketch up will be a plus.
- Proficient in drawing preparation and CAD standard
- Strong organizational skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous Independent team player
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal, observation skills and team leader.
- Reliable and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication, interpersonal, observation skills.
- Mentoring of the junior designers
- Preferably bilingual in English and Chinese as interaction with the Chinese clients are expected

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
