Our Client is a leading partner in liquid storage logistics with a global network handling a broad range of products from chemicals, gases and fuels to new energy products.

Job Scope
- The Senior Technician (ST) supports the execution of terminal operations in accordance with the standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Administer HSSEQ Standards, Procedures and Practices
- Independently carries out the Daily Action Plan, routine checks on terminal equipment/systems, house-keeping and updates the daily checklists and shift logs in a safe and efficient manner.
- Manage Emergency Responses and Crises
- Perform Terminal Operations

a. Operate the terminal system according to work procedures by conscientiously carrying out Daily Action Plan, updating the daily checklists, tankfarm or jetty logs. All mandatory training related to HSSEQ, relevant task evaluations and OCIMF modules should be completed to complement the task above

b. Assume tankfarm operator role in supervising and performing these tasks independently:

- WDO
- Sampling
- Tank gauging
- System line up
- Pump strainer cleaning
- Lubricating oil checks
- Operate waste water and slop system
- Blinding/deblinding
- Line pigging
- Perform AP/AGT role in gas test for hot work/confined space
- Tank and pipeline decommissioning
- C3 or liquified gas related operation
- Jet A1 and JIGS related operation
- Ground flare operation
- Day-Work attachment

c. Assume the role of Loading Master cum mentor in conducting berthing/unberthing of vessels, ship-shore interface coordination and other jetty related function independently

d. Perform Basic frontline maintenance activities through equipment troubleshooting. Escalate to maintenance if required
- May assist the SS to direct operations from the Central Control Room (CCR).
- Mentors junior staff as well as supervises mooring crew activities and monitors contractor’s movements.Works closely in a team and interacts effectively internally and externally such as surveyors and contractors

**Requirements**:

- Diploma Level education
- At leasyt 5 years working experience, 3 years of those as a Senior Technician I, including performance of panel duties for 3 years
- Completed the tasks evaluation of Trainee Technician, Technician and Senior Technician I
- Competence in DCS operation and Oscar system
- Proven track record of good performance (minimum appraisal ratings of C, with at least one C+ over the last 3 years, and no warning letters received)
- Experienced panelman - performed panel duties in the last three years
- Not involved in mis-operation incidents for the last three years
- Ability to lead and guide the technicians
- Be a good team playerPossess strong leadership skills
