- Create accurate and organised Architectural Revit (BIM) models.
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
- It has developed and maintains BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes, and drawing formats.
- Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Well-versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure/MEP.
- Ensure BIM standards comply with authority submissions.
- Manage the process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
- Experience in drawing coordination and BIM management in the Singapore Construction Industry.
- Maintain accurate As-Built/Record Model.
- Facilitate the transfer of information on the file-sharing exchange protocol.
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform;
- Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools;
- Prepare BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation;
- Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required;
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of relevant experience in Architectural/ Structural BIM Models related projects
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents.
- Able to complete model shop drawings in a timely and quality manner
- Excellent in Autodesk Revit Architecture/ Structure and Quantity takeoff.
- Excellent in managing Common Data environments for projects.
- Good Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- The position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate with others.
- Ability to take verbal and general written direction well and turn that direction into appropriate, working design documents
- Ability to type, proofread, and spell check work without supervision
- Ability to receive and transmit documents on behalf of the design team, either via posting to the website or the Internet or via hard copy
- Fluency with all plotters, printers and reproduction systems used in-house or on the job site.
- Fluency in importing documents, such as spreadsheets, photos, images, and word processing files, into Revit projects
