**Job Scope**:
As a Business Analyst, you will capture the spoken and unspoken users’ needs and translate them into user-centric user stories.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirement
- Analyse business and project requirements
- Elaborate user story with storyboard, story map, wireframes, business process flow and acceptance criteria
- Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarize information and trends
- Identify and highlight technical and non-technical project risks and propose appropriate solutions
- Double hat as Project Owner
- Create project status report and other communication materials
- Craft project proposal to secure project funding and justify resource allocations
- Maintain and continuously refine Product Backlog

**How to Succeed**:

- Highly perceptive with strong analytical skill - See the big picture
- Meticulous with excellent minute taking skill
- Good presentation and listening skills
- Possess workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq will be an added advantage
- Experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage
