Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and the management of milestones for Quality Management Systems, demonstrating solid progress to achieve target condition and goal of Quality Compliance.
- Develop, implement and manage compliance key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
- Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
- Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
- Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
- Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS.
- Hold monthly audit performance meetings with the business leaders.
- Manage the audit nonconformity data base.
- Support product quality leadership in support of escape management
- Support global audit community initiatives
- Well verse in AS9100, AS13100, AS9145
- NADCAP Special Process Auditing would be advantage example HT, NDT, Matl, Welding and shot peening

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering.
- Master Degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- At least 8 years’ experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead Auditor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Assertive yet tactful in approach.
