**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cloud Infrastructure Management**
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure projects on public cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP).
Optimize cloud resource usage, cost, and security across multi-cloud environments.
- **Blockchain Node Maintenance**
Set up and manage blockchain nodes, ensuring uptime, performance, and data consistency.
Monitor and tune blockchain infrastructure to support real-time transaction systems.
- **Deployment & Automation**
Collaborate with development teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
Identify opportunities for automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripting.
- **Security & Compliance**
Implement and manage access control, network security configurations, and encryption protocols.
Ensure the system infrastructure aligns with regulatory compliance standards for the financial industry.
- **Monitoring & Incident Response**
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for early detection of issues.
Lead incident response processes, root cause analysis, and service recovery procedures.
- **Team Enablement & Collaboration**
Act as a DevOps advisor to development and product teams; provide best practices and guidance.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and process standardization.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or AliCloud).
Experience managing blockchain nodes is a strong advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:
Proficient in Linux system administration, scripting (Bash/Python), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
Familiar with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of system/network security, load balancing, and HA/DR design.
- **Soft Skills**:
Strong problem-solving ability, collaboration skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
