You will be Part of the Exciting and Expanding Team in our Central Kitchen You Will Work with the Following Functions:

- Perform **quality control **inspections on finished products
- **Ensure Quality Assurance **for all products being produced is correct
- **Plan and arrange **production orders with specified forms
- **Ensuring Accurate Sorting **of orders based on Kitchen Schedules
- **Conduct QC checks to ensure standards **for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
- **Responsible to Print and Paste **Food labels for individual packings
- **Responsible to clean and maintain station **for food safety, workplace safety & sanitation
- **Implement and ensure HACCP, SFA **practices to ensure compliance with local laws
- **Other Ad-Hoc Kitchen Jobs **as assigned by the Executive Chef

**Job Requirements**
- Able to Work in a **Fast-Paced Environment **.
- Able and willing to work **on weekends and Public Holidays**:

- Experience in similar **F&B environment (Catering or Food Production) **will be an advantage
- Able to cope with the **food production environment**:

- **Hardworking, Team Player **yet Independent
- **Quick-thinking with problem solving **skills
- Possess Basic **Food Hygiene Certification will be an advantage**
