**Skylink Group Holdings **are looking for the incumbent to join us to contribute to our holistic expansion development and strengthening our new business units.

**The Job**
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and preferences (Passenger Car Division)
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Have a comprehensive understanding of different car models, features, leasing terms, and pricing options to effectively communicate the benefits
- of leasing (Intensive training will be provided)
- **Consultative Selling**:

- Listen to clients’ requirements and provide expert advice on suitable vehicle solutions and leasing plans based on their preferences
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Create compelling presentations that highlight the advantages of car leasing, including costs savings, flexible terms, and potential tax benefits for businesses
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, mileage limits, and any additional features or packages to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- **Paperwork and Documentation**:

- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- **Follow-Up**:

- **Networking**:

- Build a network of potential clients through industry events, referrals, and other networking opportunities
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- **CRM Utilization**:

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor the sales pipeline.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business or referrals
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, to ensure a smooth leasing process and address any financial or administrative matters
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on new car models, leasing regulations, and industry developments to offer informed recommendations to clients

**Requirements**:

- Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders and above
- Presentable and well mannered with good punctuality
- Good communication skills, customer-centric approach
- Good financial concepts related to leasing
- Genuine passion for mobility
- Adept at building rapport and conducting effective sales presentations
- Able to handle various stages of the sales process with professionalism and expertise
- Good written and spoken English to liaise with clients
- Ability to speak Japanese or Korean or any other language besides Mandarin and English is advantageous
- 5 days work (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm)
