Responsibilities:

- .Conduct technical review and assessment;
- Develop ad-hoc script and/or module with the Authority’s appointed contractor(s) on Service Request;
- Facilitate and support the System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test;
- .Facilitate and support any audit to be conducted by the Authority’s appointed auditor(s) on the System;
- Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for deployment;
- Provide technical and project management support which includes managing the System’s daily operations, performing continuous review to improve the System, and ensuring that the Authority’s appointed contractor(s) complies with the Authority’s requirements;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
- Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
- Manage and maintain IT Process, track technical documentation and monitoring of progress;
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that may be conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
- Provide IT operation support for both on-prem and cloud operations; and
- Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as IT System/Business Analyst;
- Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
- Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
- Experience in Azure Cloud platform.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
