We’re searching for an **Engineer** to be part of our **Quality & Reliability Engineering** diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
**What you will be working on**:
- Responsible in managing the end-to-end notification and communication process on product and process changes.
- Responsible in ensuring that changes are effectively communicated to customers through working with various stakeholders including the account facing teams & process owners.
- Be the Facilitator of engineering change requirements to ensure that both internal and customer requirements must be met.
- Manage the ECN scorecards with respect to implementation and closure with the relevant stakeholders.
- Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
- Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.
- Participates in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
- Analyzing common problems / root causes with possible suggestions for further improvements.
**More about you**:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.
- Preferably with experience in SPC tool.
- Preferably with experience in Change Management & Concession Management.
