DepartmentOperations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Utilise analytical capabilities to support the team in data cleaning, data analysis, building dashboards etc
- Provide support by reviewing the first mile route planning and assess opportunity for route optimisation
- Assess end to end lead time for first mile operations to reduce overall lead time
- Assist in reviewing the first mile cost breakdown of each markets and work with relevant stakeholders to define and implement cost reduction initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in SQL and Python highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Project management skills
- Full time (3-6 months with LOA) is preferred
- Part time (min 3 days a week) are also welcome
