JR15501 Test Solutions Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in enterprise, data center and consumer SSD MFG Test Development Communicate directly with product groups to understand qualification processes and test plans. - Report status of qualifications and mange release expectations.
- Develop and maintain test programs of Micron SSD products to ensure Micron SSD products meet specifications, to support device performance characterization needs and to allow analysis of customer returns.
- Understand SSD Framework and translate into system test libraries on qualified System Platforms designed to run MFG Testing. DEvelop system level test development modules at low speed such as SMBUS, UART, I2C, JTAG and have good understanding of PCIe specifications necessary for PCIe test coverage
- Triage test failures and do a first level FA for NPI programs.
- Develop SW Automation and Unit Testing by writing software scripts and utilizing productivity tools to improve code quality and efficiency. - Enhance test coverage to ensure excellent outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency in order to maximize ROI throughout NPI lifecycle.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.
- Develop detailed Transfer plan for product transitions to HVM group globally.
