**Job Purpose**
The incumbent is responsible for developing partnerships and driving the commercialization activities for Cash Management, to complement the existing working capital management solutions, drive awareness and promote acquisition of leads towards usage of such solutions and growing the Cash Management business. This is established through developing and executing strategy plans whilst engaging with both external and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategy, Planning and Management
- Review the business case for a partnership, from bank’s standpoint.
- Perform necessary risk reviews and due diligence before proceeding with a partnership
- Onboard the partner and establish an end to end process (documentation, backend setups, testing (if any), prod cutover) for setting up our common customers on banking services.
- Identify potential channels, target segments for respective product acquisition i.e. product/channel acquisition strategy.
- Source of leads generation and validation
- Identify and address areas of product/process improvement that increases automation, reduces cost, improves efficiency and client satisfaction levels.
- Align goals and objectives of partnerships with driving adopting of Cash Management products and solutions
- To support a digital vision for the enterprise and to identify the opportunities for differentiating digital capabilities and solutions, via partnership tieups, including enhancing the online account opening platform to improve customer journey
- Manage and track partnerships towards meeting target milestones, including analyzing data and performing market analysis to identify potential opportunities and justify requirements to drive success of partnership.
- Produce and present regular reports and presentation decks to communicate the progress / status of partnerships to internal and external parties
- Coordinate the Commercialization activities for the Cash Management products
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Plan / develop marketing collaterals and campaigns with the Marketing team
- Engage Legal/Compliance/Risk teams on the partnership agreements and marketing materials to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and support of products and services including notifying and obtaining endorsements from relevant committees where necessary
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that controls are built into the product/process delivery process and adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures set by internal / external regulators.
- Practice standards and role model behaviors that demonstrate the core values of the bank.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder, preferably in Finance and Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Qualified/certified in a course related to Cash Management or Treasury Management is preferred
- Experience in partnerships, business development or similar role - working closely with fintechs, e-commerce, associations, platform or product partnership efforts will be required
- Previous Cash Management knowledge will be preferred
