Required skills for the position:

- Excellent command of written and oral English Language
- Hardworking and ambitious
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers
- Good command of writing, copy editing and proofreading skills will be added advantage

- Good time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
