**Job Purpose**
- The QA Engineer ensures that quality management system meet requirements. Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Engineer will assist the QA Manager to maintain Quality KPIs which will be used to monitor the quality performance and continuous improvements in the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with all Supply Chain functions on QA activities.
- Lead troubleshooting process in order to close out on Customer Complaints.
- Support internal, process, suppliers, customers and any other third party ISO audits.
- Participate in MRB review (non-conforming materials and corrective actions follow-up) and proceed with internal ECO preparation and follow-up when required.
- Utilize MFD (Master File Document) to capture and document any specified products specifications or process changes for internal approvals by all concerned departments.
- Work with Purchasing team on Raw Materials Quality issues and support Raw Materials Suppliers Management and evaluations.
- Liaise with QC, Supply Chain teams from intercompanies to resolve quality issues.
- Review, update and streamline QMS, SOPs, WIs procedures and content in CPro for compliance to ISO 9001.
- Assist QA Manager in completing the QMS self-assessment audit forms and documents from all customers.
- Lead quality improvement and cost saving initiatives projects when required.
- Assist and support other quality related activities (e.g. Quality Day event and etc.) when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Min 3 years relevant in chemical industry or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Min Diploma in Chemical Process Technology.
- Extensive training and/or experience in ISO9001, 14001, 45001 are required.
- Knowledge in the use of WinLIMS, Lotus Notes, Minitab and Compliant Pro is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in operating the AAS, ICP, UV, IC, HPLC, XRF or CVS is a plus.
- Responsible, meticulous and strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
