RehabVet Clinic is Singapore’s first and only Canine and Feline Rehabilitation Centre in Singapore. Our centre has 1800 square feet of dedicated rehabilitation space fully equipped with a salt-water hydrotherapy pool, an underwater treadmill, exercise equipment, electrical stimulation, cold laser, and thermotherapy. We offer a variety of rehabilitation services including individualized assessments, client education, assistive devices, therapeutic exercise, and hydrotherapy.

We are constantly expanding our team with therapists and Veterinarians. If you have a keen interest in pursuing a career in canine rehabilitation or animal physical therapist, we will love to hear from you.

HUMAN PHYSIOTHERAPIST

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working alongside veterinarians and canine rehabilitation therapists to help reduce pain, improve mobility and prevent recurrence of injuries in animals.
- Assist our veterinarians in devising exercise programmes to assist an animal’s mobility and return to fitness.
- Soft tissue mobilization
- Joint mobilization
- Neuromuscular stimulation
- Assisting in hydrotherapy
- Re-education of muscle function and movement
- Properly updating medical records after each treatment
- Participating in teaching and learning within the team as well as with interns/externs
- Other duties as assigned

- Uses positive reinforcement with patients
- Special interest in Skeletal Muscle Biomechanics

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Certified Physiotherapist
- Standing Member of SPA or AHPC
- Self-starter and team player
- 1+ year(s) experience is a plus
- Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 20kg to 30kg
