Key Responsibilities:

- Close collaboration with Product Development Team and Chief Consumer Product Officer to design and devise innovative product proposition and help drive product prototyping and implementation, while ensuring internal financial metrics are met.
- Work closely with Manager, Head of GH Pricing, Chief Actuary and key business stakeholders such as Head of Claims, Chief Health Officer and General Manager of Consumer Distribution in designing solution to support company product strategy for the health business.
- Monitor portfolio experience, conduct experience studies to set pricing assumptions and perform periodic repricing exercise. Strengthen technical pricing and analytics for the team tapping on data-driven insights using external and internal data sources
- Create best practices and design effective controls and monitoring framework as part of deliveries to protect Income against regulatory, financial and reputation risk.
- Review and recommend enhancement to Actuarial Pricing Process to improve efficiency of existing process.
- Accountable in delivering project with high quality.
- Adopt the design-thinking and agile framework in delivering pricing project.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science with good progress in actuarial qualifications with either US, UK, or Australia Actuarial Institute or fully qualified actuary, with at least 5 years of work experience in Actuarial function.
- Experienced in health product development and pricing
- Experience in using actuarial modelling tool and data software such as Prophet & Alteryx will be a plus
- Able to work independently with strong project management, communication and actuarial technical skills.
- Confident to challenge status quo and take risk to drive towards maximising results.
- Adaptable and open to dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working.
- Experience in stakeholder management or project-type experience.
