**Job Descriptions**:

- Assistance with ADL and other personal care tasks
- Bathing, assisted bathing, bed sponging
- Changing of clothes, undergarments, continence aids, and any soiled sheets
- Brushing of teeth/cleaning of dentures
- Toileting
- Physically lifting, transferring, and positioning the patient
- Light housekeeping for the purposes of maintaining hygiene and safety
- Running simple errands (e.g., buy breakfast, escort clients to their medical appointments)
- Assisting with feeding - Only clients without swallowing disorder
- Assistance with medication administration
- Performing simple maintenance exercises as prescribed by a Registered Allied Health Professional

Monitoring of vital signs
- Axillary & Oral temperature
- Blood Pressure
- Pulse
- Respirations
- Weight

**Job Requirements**:

- NITEC in Community care & Social Services
- HMI Institute of Health Sciences' Certificate in Healthcare Support
- WSQ Certificate in nursing care-related courses and/or relevant work experiences in nursing care
- SRTC Caregiver Training Certificate and/or other renowned caregiver training providers
- Certification in Palliative Care / Dementia Care is a Bonus
- Commit to a 5-days work week including weekends, public holidays, & night shifts
- Must be willing to take care of Covid positive patients (Full PPE training and attire will be provided)

**Good to have**:

- Experience in assisting Oral, Nasogastric Tube (NGT) feeding & Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastric (PEG) feeding
- Care of PEG tube and dressing
- Care of urinary catheter and drainage system
- Simple wound dressing such as abrasions
- Stoma care & Tracheostomy suctioning
- Assistance with nebuliser with normal saline
- Hypo-count monitoring and charting
