**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging art lesson plans for various age groups, focusing on creativity and skill-building.
- Research and incorporate diverse art techniques, trends, and materials into the curriculum.
- Align lesson objectives with the center's goals to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructors to refine and adapt lessons based on classroom feedback.
- Develop supporting materials such as worksheets, guides, and visual aids.
- Ensure lesson plans are age-appropriate, innovative, and aligned with the enrichment center’s standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews to improve and update the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in curriculum development or a related role.
- Prior experience in an art-related teaching or training capacity is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, particularly in art education.
- A background in fine arts, education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques, mediums, and instructional methods.
- Creative thinking with a passion for fostering artistic growth in students.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with instructors and team members.
- Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate learning approaches is a plus.

**Required to commit at least 3-4 days a week.
