**Position Title: Traditional Medicine Wellness Practitioner**

**About the Role**:
Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. is seeking a caring and dedicated **Traditional Medicine Wellness Practitioner**to join our team. You will support our mission of holistic healing by offering Traditional Chinese Medicine-based therapies such as **cupping**, **tuina**, and wellness consultations tailored to each patient’s needs.

This role is ideal for a bilingual (English and Mandarin) practitioner who values patient education, preventive care, and integrative wellness. If you have a strong foundation in TCM principles and a genuine desire to help others, we welcome you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform wellness assessments using TCM diagnostic techniques (e.g., tongue and pulse reading)
- Provide personalized wellness treatments including tuina, cupping, and related TCM therapies
- Guide patients on healthy living practices and post-treatment self-care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for healing
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey
- Contribute to wellness workshops, talks, or community initiatives when required
- Follow clinic protocols and uphold high ethical and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Fully registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to clearly explain treatment processes and patient instructions
- Skilled in hands-on therapies such as cupping, tuina, and other TCM-based body treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Responsible, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in a wellness or clinical setting is preferred
