Bastion Singapore is a Trading Technology Consulting firm founded in 2021 by veteran traders, coders, and managers from hedge funds, investment banks, and top IT firms globally. We offer a wide range of digital asset systems and services to help market participants achieve their investment goals successfully.

We are seeking exceptional students working towards a computing, finance or engineering related degrees, are interested in financial and crypto markets to join our Quant Trading internship programme.

**Your Role**
- To support our consultancy clients (senior traders and quantitative researchers) on their trading desk on data analysis and strategy research
- Help provide relevant market colour and identify potential sources of Alpha using quantitative models.

**Qualifications**
- Good analytical skill with the ability to understand and identify data trends
- Understanding of derivatives, theoretical and practical
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, and Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience in trading or in financial markets across any asset class a plus
- Positive, self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
- Intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in trading and quantitative research in financial or crypto markets
- Working towards a Bachelors Degree with a strong concentration in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or other quantitative discipline
