DESIGNATION : R&D Electrical & Electronics Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Electrical designs, electrical Panels, control, and distribution boxes.
- Harness, cables and wiring Design
- Define best Electrical solution according to product requirement and international standardization
- Translate product requirements into a functional system with a detailed technical design plan
- Create and maintain all the relevant Hardware design document, schematic design drawings, layout diagrams, verification documents and reports
- Develop and drive test activities leading to the successful introduction of new products, or sustain, update or upgrade quality assurance of new product
- Implement test methodologies to validate and qualify new product designs and specification
- End to end ownership and ability to lead tasks
- Alignment and coordination with the different groups and disciplines inside and outside(sub-contractors/manufacturers)
- Hands-on work, installation and testing electrical equipment
- Support vendors during prototype production
- Initiative to develop test summary reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data, making recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science/Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Skilled in engineering statistics, scripting through common languages like Visual C++, Python or/and data science will be advantageous
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
