Singapore Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Full time

**What you will be working on**
- Lead the Solutions & Design function within S&S COE, establishing team performance metrics and overseeing the team’s training and development roadmap.
- Develop and execute both internal and external stakeholder engagement strategies, in alignment with department’s business objectives.
- Develop and execute customer satisfaction surveys, in consultation with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Engage internal stakeholders to identify problem statements and use-cases.
- Engage external stakeholder to map out their capabilities, strengths and products that can be leveraged on.
- Develop and execute a framework for the prioritisation of use-cases that can be undertaken by the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to prioritise use-cases taking into account operational impact, technical feasibility and resources
- Lead the team in the concept-level design and solutioning to address stakeholder’s use-cases, incorporating a mix of in-house product and outsourced COTS and/or integration services.
- Translate ops user requirements to high level solution & design first level solution architecture from which solutions can develop from, and help agencies scope out their use case and work out the accounts, tools and services needed by the agencies.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD degree in any of the following: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant professional work experience relating to business analysis, customer engagement, account management, or related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Knowledge in multi-tier architectures for video surveillances and analytics platforms
- Strong leadership and supervisory track records
- Having domain knowledge in Homeland Security sector will be an added bonus

- Enjoys investigating and getting to the root of issues
- Creative individual who is able to think out of the box

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
