Assistant Brewer

The Assistant Brewer will assist the Lead Brewer in all aspects of the brewing process; which is turning water into great quality beer (with the help of malt, hops & yeast).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brewing process activities include stock control, CIP, brewing, cellaring, packaging of kegs and cans, equipment maintenance and cleaning of brewery equipment and environment
- will be required to assist with record-keeping, quality analysis and maintaining hygiene standards
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- No Experience required. On job training will be provided.
- Educated in a science or engineering-related field would be desired.
- Read and write English. Do simple math and inventory, computer literate.
- A keen eye for detail
- Be able to repeatedly lift and push 25kg to 50kg of malt bags, filter pads, spent grain, kegs, etc. within the brewery.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
