We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coach to join our dynamic team at Red Dot Fitness. Your main responsibility will be to lead engaging and effective group classes, provide coaching to the members, and contribute positively to the gym community.
**Criteria**:
- Strong Team Player
- Able to lead group classes of 10 to 16 pax
- Experience in CrossFit
- CrossFit Level 1 Certified
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that members are moving safely and with proper technique at all times
- Lead group classes with enthusiasm and expertise, coaching members adequately and up to standard
- Deliver quality classes and foster a supportive community
- Understand CrossFit principles, movements, and programming
- Able to communicate with other coaches/staff regarding schedule/programming/administrative work
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
