We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parcel Delivery Driver. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of parcels to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Parcel Delivery**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parcels to specified destinations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.

2. **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report any vehicle issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Ensure all required documentation, such as delivery notes and invoices, is completed accurately.

4. **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any changes in delivery schedules or issues encountered on the road.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

5. **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Follow company safety protocols, including proper handling of parcels and the use of safety equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry parcels of varying sizes and weights.
- Basic computer skills for recording and tracking deliveries.

Work Schedule:

- 8 hours a day, including Saturdays, with flexibility to adjust hours based on delivery demands.
