Your responsibilities include:
**Customer Inquiry Management**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding electronic store labels products and services.
- Provide accurate information, product specifications, and pricing details to potential customers.

**Quotation Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to generate customized quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure that quotations are clear, accurate, and delivered within established timelines.

**Technical Support**:

- Offer expert technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for electronic store label products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues faced by customers.

**Business Development**:

- Actively participate in business development initiatives to drive sales and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful projects.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to electronic store label products, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service and support.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to make informed business decisions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and product improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic Grad. in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the electronic products or technology industry.
- Strong technical knowledge related to electronic store labels or similar products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and business development activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
