**Job Description**:
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers through a 12-week programme to develop core competencies in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Strategic Communications.

Your Impact
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of Menlo Security's solutions.
- Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
- Analyse customer usage data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in creating and updating documentation, tutorials, and product materials to help customers maximise the value of Menlo Security's solutions.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to customer outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer needs.
- Advocate for customers internally, representing their interests and feedback to relevant teams within Menlo Security.
- Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for their needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer success.
- Stay informed about Menlo Security's products, industry trends, and best practices in customer success to continuously improve performance.

Your Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing insights from metrics.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in cybersecurity and technology.
