Assistant Design Engineer

The duties of the Assistant Design Engineer include completing all tasks assigned by management, working with senior engineers to prepare conceptual designs according to customer requirements, and working with other engineers during the planning, design, development, evaluation, production, commissioning phases of the project. You should be able to proactively and quickly find the best solution for equipment design in a fast-paced work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Assist project engineer in handling project which included in equipment design and membrane related tasks.

2. Provide conceptual and detailed design and drawing for equipment and membrane system fabrication.

3. Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.

4. Maintain existing engineering records and designs.

5. Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.

6. Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.

7. Coordinates with engineer and technician to gets project completed.

8. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma, equivalent or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

2. With relevant work experience in engineering design is an advantage, fresh graduated also welcome

3. Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Accurate and strong attention to detail.

7. Organization skills and detail-oriented personality

8. Willingness to learn and good team player

9. Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills

10. Proactive, meticulous with good time management
