Contract period : ASAP (3mths - 1 year, any extension would depend on good work performance and operational requirements.)

Min Degree with at least 12 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with at least 17 years of relevant work experience. Monthly salary $4,800 per month.

**Working hours**:
Depending on the post you are selected for, the working hours is either of the following:
(a) Mondays to Fridays, 0830 to 1800 hrs

Note: May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, due to operations demands.

Or

(b) Alternate working days, 12-hr shift

0800hrs to 2100hrs, including one hour lunch break (including Sat/Sun/PH)

In support of Singapore’s COVID-19 national vaccination programme, we are looking for individuals to be part of

COVID-19 Operations which may include Vaccination, Quarantine, Health Alert and/or Testing.

**Job Responsibilities
**Operations**:

- Lead in stakeholder and vendor management which include coordinating and liaising with internal and external parties including government bodies, volunteers, external auditors, vendors etc.
- Vet and present operational reports with analysis and recommendations provided.
- Vet incident reports and ensure that the recommendations and corrective actions are implemented to prevent future incidents.
- Ensure proper record keeping, filing of documents and correspondences.
- Provide leadership support during operations, meetings, events and conferences.

**Project Management**:

- Manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries and track project timelines and milestones.
- Manage contract terms, change management, identify potential risks and devise contingency

plans.
- Provide regular projects communications including status updates to senior management and

stakeholders.
- Develop Improvement Plan in procedures and processes to enhance work efficiency and

productivity.
- Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation.

**Policy and Planning**:
**- **Lead in the development, implementation, review, update and monitoring of strategic plans, programs, policies, processes, systems and procedures to achieve goals, objectives and work standards
- Coordinate the implementation of new and/or updated policies and practices
- Establish activity measures and measurements of accountability
- Oversee and participate in the development of policy documents and reports
- Consult with and provide guidance to stakeholders and partners on policy, program and legislative issues
- Represent the Task Group in negotiations, meetings and forums convened to discuss policy issues.

**Requirements**:

- Strong people skills with good facilitation skills and experience in dealing with internal and

external stakeholders, as well as people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to multi-task and coordinate work across various functions
- Possess good planning and analytical skills, comfortable with details and numbers
- Possess strong communication, inter-personal and writing skills
- Willing to work long hours when necessary and able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Successful applicants will be placed under the recruitment agencies’ administration
- Successful applicants may also be redeployed to another role depending on organisational needs and operational requirements
