**Requirements**:
1) Degree in software for computation and automated systems

2) Higher education

3) Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.

4) Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.

5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6) Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

7) Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

8) Company management for programing and software developent at least 10 years

9) Project management for Software Engineer experience

10) Participation and victories in programming competitions are mandatory
