Facilitate to prepare students in the Cambridge international examination.
- To maintain records and documentation of each student’s learning and progress.
- To conduct effective parent conferences including preparing detailed assessments of the student’s development and providing relevant examples of the student’s learning activities.
- To engage with co-teachers through collaboration and discussion of individual students’ needs and daily curriculum planning
- To support students’ social and emotional growth.
- To prepare assessments, coursework as required by the IGCSE syllabus and academic calendar.
- To prepare written reports for each student, including parent conference reports, and references for onward education when applicable.
- To maintain regular attendance of students
- To communicate in a positive, supportive and professional manner with parents (written and verbal) on an ongoing basis.
- Carry out duties such as supervision and proxy as and when required.
- Check on students’ attendance at lessons and follow up on absences as appropriate; to liaise with colleagues on matters of concern relating to individual students
- To write and follow conscientiously, departmental syllabuses and schemes of work for each teaching group based on the relevant year group curriculum
- Prepare lesson materials and to mark students’ work consistent with Cambridge, departmental and school assessment policy
- Set and mark appropriate home learning activities in accordance with departmental and school policy; to have the highest reasonable expectation of individual student performance
- To perform other duties as necessary and as assigned by the supervisor to ensure programme compliance and quality services to children and parents.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor of Education or higher from an accredited institution
- Subject expertise is a must
- **Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in IGCSE curriculum Physics**:

- Commitment to working in an educational environment
- **2 years Experience in delivering Cambridge IGCSE Levels**:

- Sound knowledge of curriculum pedagogy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sensitivity toward cultural diversities
- Ability to build community through positive interactions with parents
- Self-motivated with a high energy level
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
