- The Senior Business Analyst will work on critical regulatory projects. He/she will be in charge of gathering, clarifying and testing requirements from different global stakeholders in finance and reporting domain.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Perform study with the business to identify new source data requirement for the regulatory project.
- Propose data sourcing solution and work with source system team to enhance source system in order to capture new information needed to enrich the datamart and enhance the flow to feed downstream systems.
- Build and maintain the Backlog of transformations and adaptations.
- Drive and collaborate with Stakeholders to define Business Case, scope and prioritization.
- Analyze business requirement and translate into Functional Specification documentations.
- Consideration of all aspects, which may impact the project objectives.
- Work with the Stakeholders, to implement the deliverables and to resolve challenges and issues.
- Involvement in full development lifecycle, from Elaboration->Build->Transition->Production.
- Responsible and organization of the work in each project phase.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of overall experience as Business analyst, preferably for projects in finance reporting, regulatory reporting or credit risk reporting
- Knowledge of core banking is a plus
- Experience with data quality issues is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with end users and stakeholders at various levels
- Experience in implementing software packages
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and experience in functional and technical specification
- Good understanding and previous exposure to instrument referential systems
