We are seeking a PI Modification Electrical Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our clients' products throughout the Planning Interval (PI) period, Commissioning, and Warranty phases. You will work closely with the Field Modification Manager, taking responsibility for planning and coordinating delegated activities.
- Efficiently plan and coordinate delegated activities to ensure smooth execution
- Lead and manage a team of contractors, ensuring their adherence to quality, cost, and timeliness targets
- Oversee supplier modifications, ensuring they align with the prescribed quality, cost, and timeliness parameters
- Implement field modifications according to provided instructions, including necessary testing if required
- Contribute to maintenance tasks and defect repairs as necessary
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with electrical and electronic components through hands-on experience
- Ensure that installation and operation of electrical systems comply with design requirements
- Prepare precise specifications for the procurement of electrical equipment and materials
- Verify the use of valid and calibrated tools and materials
- Facilitate effective information flow within the field modification team
- Conduct thorough quality inspections
- Perform daily Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and quality tours
- Adhere to EHS rules and all other work-related processes
- Report any deviations or non-conformities associated with field modifications
- Ensure all necessary parts, tools, and documents are available prior to initiating field modifications
- Collaborate with a diverse group of technicians to accomplish electrical modification tasks

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in Engineering or Industrial
- Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics
- Prior experience in coordinating technical operations or a related field
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage contractors and suppliers
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines
