**Responsibilities**:

- Development, Documentation, Qualification, Implementation and Sustaining of Test Fixtures (Hardware and Software), and Testing Procedures definition including Training.
- Product Transfer - New or existing products.
- Achieve Manufacturing First Pass Test Yield targets.
- Preventive Maintenance / Calibration.
- Manage Engineering Changes and Qualification.
- Implement Continuous Process Improvement projects.
- Perform Failure Analysis and implement corrective and/or preventive measures.
- Definition of Procedures, WI and Documents.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic.
- More than 2 years of experience in discrete manufacturing environment, preferably in Life Sciences or Medical Device industries, held accountable for manufacturing yield targets, line stoppage avoidance, etc., for a few product lines.
- More than 2 years of experience in Tester Development and Support.
- More than 2 years of experience in managing Engineering Change Requests/Orders.
- More than 2 years of experience in Bill-Of-Material creation and maintenance.
- New Product Introduction and Product Transfer Experience.
- Knowledge in ISO requirements, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, 5S.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Organization, planning and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Programming Languages and Skills like Visual Studio.NET, C/C++, VB.NET, Labview and TestStand.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, Java Script, MS SQL Server, MS Access and VBA Scripting.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good Knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Components, including In-Circuit and Functional Testing of PCBA.
