JR30101 Intern - QEM Chemlab
- **Fab10N Module/Supervisor**: QEM Chemlab / Swee Koon
- **Description**:Chemlab is a supporting function in Micron and provide quality testing services that conform to customer and regulatory requirement. The testing services include trace metals, trace ions, assay, pH, conductivity, particles, organic testing in wafer or chemicals samples that used in production process. Chemlab has equipped with various analytical equipment, e.g. ICPMS, IC, VPD etcher, Auto-titrator, ICPOES, GCMS, LCMS to perform analytical testing and has a good quality system to ensure the results reported are meeting the quality requirement.
- **Scope**:To learn all the analytical equipment in Chemlab and get familiar with quality and safety system in chemical laboratory.
- **Deliverable**:To perform testing on wafer/chemical/slurry samples safely and accurately and work on one improvement project in chemical analysis.
