**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an exceptional **Automation Consultant (Post sales)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with customers in their adoption of the Workato platform for Integration and Automation drive from a business and technical perspective. You will be defining and driving best practices around integration and automation working with customer business and technical stakeholders. You will help Workato extend the functionality of our product and continuously improve our engagement best practices. You will also be responsible for:

- Understanding of at least one mainstream programming language
- Ability to understand and interpret requirements definition assets
- Ability to understand the SDLC & development, profiling & troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation
- Can implement high quality technical solutions using Workato toolset
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical & project teams
- Identifies technical risks & communicate effectively with account team & customer
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration with internal and partner teams

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Background in information systems, computing, engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions and Implementation Consulting.
- New hires must demonstrate equivalent experience with similar automation & integration platforms
- Experience working with one (1) Integration Platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, etc. is preferred
- Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / Marketo is a plus.

- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
