**Responsibilities**:

- Materials planning based on production demand
- Monitor and coordinates on material shortages, and ensure material availability to support production plan
- Ensures revision and or cancelation of planning schedule / work order is being acknowledged by Production and Sales and or Coordination Team
- Monitor production schedule to meet delivery requirement
- Arranging production staff to work according to schedule
- Work closely with Production to control daily input and advises earliest completion date to Sales and or Coordination Team
- Liaises with Inventory Department on stock variance
- Ensures planned material meets customer’s required specification
- Generates Planning Schedules or Work Order

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience in electronics manufacturing industry
- Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
