**Senior Consultant (Digital Transformation)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote digital technologies as a member of client's digital transformation team. (Generating opportunities, driving POC projects, tech scouting, market study)
- Manage team of up to 5 experts, and overlook all projects to monitor and adjust the directions when necessary.
- Generate the new business opportunities for corporate thorough DX collaboration with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Japanese and English communication skill (customer facing business conversation level)
- Communication, comprehension and collaboration skills with all the stakeholders to drive the business as a team.
- 10 years+ experience in IT/Digital Transformation (DX) domain.
- Comfortable with uncertainty and changes, and working out-of-comfort zone.
- Outstanding techniques/skills for fact finding, problem solving, analysis, planning, documentation and proposals.
