**Duties and responsibilities**
- Report to Procurement Manager.
- Assist Purchasing Executive on expediting Purchase Orders.
- Ensure and maintain timely Goods Receipt Documentation.
- Handle all receiving, issuance and dispatch of material/equipment to and from warehouse.
- Maintain a detailed registry and movement of company’s fixed assets, machineries, etc.
- Monitor and initiate a servicing and repair, plus testing and certification schedule/program for company fixed assets, machineries, etc.
- Determine and store excess ex-project materials for future new project usage.
- Maintain an inventory control system.
- Perform housekeeping of warehouse and management of scrap.
- Preparing various weekly and monthly status report.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE N-Level or ITE Certificate.
- Store operation knowledge is essential.
- Experience in construction industry-related store environment.
- Willing to work in open warehouse environment, and have positive attitude.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri & Sat Morning at Soon Lee Road off Jurong.

**Advantageous**
- Class 2 or 3 Driving License with good driving experience.
- Forklift Driver License.
- Help with store work when needed.
