**Responsibilities**:

- Explore sota methods to enhance performance and efficiency of AI models (such as LLM, speech models, etc).Research areas include but are not limited to generative models, NLP, ASR, TTS, etc.

**Position Requirements**:

- Proficient in deep learning algorithms with research in the direction of NLP or speech models, experience in LLM projects and research is a plus.
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks (such as pytorch, tensorflow) and the Hugging Face Transformers library.
- Proficient in python (conda, data Pandas, flask, fastapi, etc) with solid engineering skills.
- Familiarity with docker or kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and ability to keep up with the latest developments in deep learning.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Publications in international top conferences or journals, or experience with tts related open-source projects will be an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
