**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Attend Safety Meetings**:Actively participate in client safety meetings and ensure all safety-related information is effectively communicated to relevant site workers to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Daily System Checks**:Conduct daily inspections of the entire irrigation system, identifying any issues or irregularities early to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- **Site Walks & Quality Control**:Perform frequent site walks to monitor work progress, verifying that all irrigation installations are in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Material Inventory Management**:Regularly check and manage material inventory to ensure there is sufficient stock to support ongoing site activities without delays.
- **Transport Duties**:Responsible for transporting workers to and from various job sites on a daily basis, including Sundays if required, ensuring punctual attendance and operational efficiency.
- **Team Supervision**:Provide on-site supervision and guidance to the irrigation team, ensuring that tasks are carried out correctly, efficiently, and safely.
- **Technical Expertise**:Possess a strong understanding of irrigation systems and components, enabling you to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot on-site challenges.
- **Coordination & Communication**:Attend site meetings with the Main Contractor when requested, and coordinate closely with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
- **Resource Allocation**:Ensure all workers are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, promoting high-quality workmanship and productivity.
- **Project Support**:Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Project Manager or Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in irrigation or landscaping projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage a team
- Valid class 3 driving license
- Willing to work on weekends when required
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/site work
