Warehouse Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods to ensure efficient functioning of the warehouse.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimize inventory management, improve accuracy, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with suppliers, internal departments, and external partners to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, resolve any issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and address any disciplinary matters or conflicts within the warehouse team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in using computer software and MS
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including suppliers, employees, and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as required.
