Business Development and Communication Executive

**Role Description**

This position reports to the the Principal and actively participates in automation of work flows and digitisation process to provide services and supports to students. International College of Holistic Health (ICHH) is the holistic health academy registered with CPE and ITEC offering qualifications that are UK government accredited and are supported by industry nationally and internationally, particularly ITEC Qualifications in Diet & Nutrition

**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Students orientation, training in digitisation and data management of college

2. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth running of each class

3. Participate in course preview presentation, follow up after the event, do calling for recruitment.

4. Manage Facebook marketing, update website regularly, design poster for marketing.

5. Active participation in automation of work flows and digitisation process leveraging on leading development platform WIX, leading learning platform Moodle, leading online form builder Jotform, Collaboration Platform MS Team and communication platform Zoom

6. Provide direct support to students
- Support each class (before lesson) and make announcements
- Checking and maintaining attendance records using JotForm / Excel
- Manage students’ affairs such as absenteeism, make-up lessons request, withdrawal and deferment. Provide counselling to students if needed
- Assist student in Skills Future claims and technical issues of online learning system such as Moodle, Zoom if needed
- Tracking the eligibility of students before taking exam
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Competencies**
- Active participation in digitisation and effective work flows of data management
- engage with students and all stakeholders professionally
- Gain in depth experience on leading development platform WIX, leading learning platform Moodle, leading online form builder Jotform, Collaboration Platform MS Team and communication platform Zoom

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Diploma
- Strong in administration and IT savvy in digitalization process
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to support Chinese and English students verbally and in writing

**Working conditions**
- Mon & Wed & Thur 10 am to 8.30 pm (1 hour lunch break, 1 hr dinner break)
- Tue 9.30 am to 8.30 pm (1 hour lunch break, 1 hr dinner break)
- Fri 11 am to 7.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Occasionally support via zoom for Saturday morning class 8.15 to 9.00 am.
