- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in social sciences with a robust foundation in statistics, econometrics, or analytics;
- Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant experience in basic research and project management;;
- Have an interest on Singapore and the region, including but not limited to issues related to race and religion, inequality, social diversity, and geopolitical dynamics;
