Owala is more than just a water bottle, it’s a movement to make hydration fun, expressive, and sustainable. We’re bringing bold colors, smart design, and personality into everyday routines and we need a people-loving, good-vibes-only retail star to represent us on the ground.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Welcome customers**with warmth and energy — be the friendly face of Owala
**Engage and educate**shoppers on Owala’s features (like our FreeSip® straw and leak-proof lids)
**Demonstrate**how each bottle works, fits in bags, or supports their lifestyle (gym-goers, students, busy parents, etc.)
**Help customers choose**the perfect color, size, or style
**Support daily retail operations**like stock-in, visual merchandising, and tidy displays
**Drive sales**through storytelling and genuine product enthusiasm
Be part of **pop-ups, in-store activations**, and **launch events**with the community

**You Might Be a Great Fit If You**:
Are **outgoing, bubbly, and approachable**— people naturally gravitate to you
Have **experience in retail, customer service, or events**(but it’s okay if you’re new too)
Love the idea of **building a fun retail culture**around a trend-forward lifestyle brand
Are comfortable using **POS systems**and handling basic transactions
Are **reliable**, punctual, and take pride in how the store looks and feels
Can work **weekends and peak periods**(e.g. new product launches)
