**About our group**:
Our group is responsible for product yields, and work with the process / equipment groups in defect reduction in order to achieve our target in our yields.

Our Failure Analysis teams work round the clock to provide the most updated and accurate defect paretos to make it possible, in conjunction with our data mining and analysis team, which together constitute a powerful and comprehensive analysis team which helps drive towards success

**About the role - you will**:

- Assist FA engineers to perform failure analysis on disks from Test & MDW (Multi Disc Writer) samples as well as in-process and quality audits.
- Perform analysis via microscope, along with data mining on yields and defect rates, with secondary analysis being carried out on Atomic Force Microscope and Candela Machines.
- Able to interpret the results and identify Test / Aperio polar plot patterns. Compile reports for experiments submitted by Process, Test, MDW and Maintenance Engineering, extract and interpret yield and defect information, and recommend solutions to the process owners
- Assist and guide the FA New Hires and ES III with FA Analysis work.
- Perform and complete projects with engineer mentor guidance.
- Provide request and coordinate with maintenance on Candela Machine and FA Sorter issues.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to contribute as a team player.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Willing to work on rotating shift (12 hours shift)
- Comfortable to work in cleanroom environment

**Your experience includes**:

- Basic experience knowledge or experience in manufacturing field will be an advantage

**Location**:
