A senior HR leader with a strategic vision and business partnership mindset to meet business expectations. It is also to build and maintain high professional and efficient HR capabilities at RIMOWA Asia Pacific.

**Role & Responsibilities
**Leading HR Strategy in the region**
- As a senior HR leader with strong business sense to RIMOWA Asia Pacific organization in terms of leading and implementing people strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, talent acquisition, learning and development, and total rewards.
- As an HR advisor in business decision and in the process of talent selection, engagement, retention, relations, and other related matters.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Foster end-to-end TA process with an employer branding in the mindset in terms of the capability to attract, interview, select, grow, and retain the best talents for the Maison.
- Analyse recruitment practices, turnover, or other market conditions that may impact staffing and make appropriate adjustments.
- Closely partner with line managers on induction program and integration progress to ensure new joiners can quickly adapt to the business and team.

**Talent Management & Succession Plan**
- Build and maintain strong talent pool to meet future business needs, through sourcing in the market and mapping talent’s career aspiration.
- Facilitate career meetings regularly to keep track the evolution of the teams and individual development plan.
- Promote mobility across markets or Maison’s in the Group.

**Learning & Development**
- Design and implement induction program for new joiners, with the support of training teams.
- Plan effective development programmes for talents including management, leadership, communication and language skills.
- Partner with LVMH to identify development opportunities.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Provide insights on total rewards and advice to management team & mangers.
- Work closely with C&B experts in the Group, facilitate compensation benchmark and ensure compensation competitiveness in the markets.
- Ensure all payroll operations are correctly performed and provide quick and effective service to our talents.

**Knowledge and competence**
- Bachelors Degree / University graduate with at least 10 years of regional HR experience, with solid background on talent development / talent management / compensation and benefits / manpower planning / Organisational Development
- Strong business acumen including business buy back and new market launch experieence
- Agile, strong passion to retail and can-do attitude
- Strategic thinking and coherent HR roadmap with business objectives.
- Stakeholder’s management skill, deal with complexity with a strong influencing skil
