**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and coordinate tax compliance and advisory client engagements within the financial services industry.
- Develop a new client portfolio, establish budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.
- Maintain ongoing interaction with clients, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional client service.
- Participate in managing a compliance group by forecasting future compliance work, delegating tasks effectively, providing coaching and training, and resolving staffing issues.
- Share knowledge to enhance professional development and service delivery. Facilitate open communication and supervise staff.
- Participate in recruiting efforts as needed.
- Assess and identify business development opportunities across various business lines.
- Build strong internal cross-functional relationships within the firm’s network.
- Engage in any other ad hoc projects and related tasks as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Singapore financial services tax experience from the financial services industry (insurance, banking, or asset management) or accounting firms.
- A solid understanding of business and tax technical issues, with the ability to translate these into value-added solutions for clients.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent team player with a motivated and growth-oriented mindset.
