**Overview**:
The **Finance Manager**will be responsible for overseeing the financial ecosystem of a HNWI UBO. This includes managing global cash flow and budgets across business units, family office operations, and personal finances. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a high degree of discretion, working closely with private banks, tax advisors, and administrative teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Global Cash Flow and Budget Management**
- Oversee consolidated cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting across multiple jurisdictions and entities.
- Develop and monitor budgets for operational businesses, the family office, and personal spending.
- Analyze financial performance and provide reports with actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Recommend and implement cash optimization strategies, including currency management and short-term investments.

**2. Bank Account Management**
- Coordinate the opening of new bank accounts in domestic and international jurisdictions for the UBO.
- Ensure full compliance with all KYC/AML requirements.
- Manage documentation workflows and liaise with legal advisors for notarization and regulatory needs.

**3. Private Banking Coordination**
- Act as the primary liaison with private bankers and investment advisors.
- Manage and review financial proposals, investment portfolios, and credit facilities.
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain oversight of ongoing banking relationships.
- Coordinate execution of investment transactions and ensure timely reporting to the UBO.

**4. Personal Tax Compliance**
- Oversee the preparation and filing of the UBO’s personal income tax returns.
- Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal tax strategy.
- Keep abreast of changes in personal tax laws and proactively identify potential impacts.

**5. Family Office and Expense Management**
- Track and manage personal and household expenses, including payment of utilities, salaries, and lifestyle costs.
- Implement systems for organizing, documenting, and reviewing personal expenditures.
- Monitor monthly spending against predefined budgets and highlight variances or concerns.
- Oversee service providers and support staff payment cycles, reimbursements, and procurement.

**6. Financial Reporting**
- Prepare detailed financial statements and performance summaries for the UBO on a periodic basis (monthly/quarterly).
- Provide customized reports such as net worth summaries, investment allocations, and expense breakdowns.
- Ensure data accuracy and presentation quality for internal use and external audits or compliance.
